4+Plus Greasable Spring Pin

Man-A-Fre is proud to introduce the 4-Plus line of greasable spring pins for the early thru 8-‘80 FJ40’s. These pins consist of a threaded base plate cnc milled from ½” steel and use the same high strength double sided pin used in our GSK line of shackles.

Developed in the aerospace industry to be a superior replacement to heat treated chrome-moly, the material we selected to build our greaseable pin has over a 25% greater tensile and yield strength than heat treated chrome-moly and over 50% better numbers than Mil-Spec normalized chrome-moly. Sold each.

Note* These are threaded 1/2-inch. You may need to run a 1/2-inch drill bit through the factory hole because it is .2mm undersize.
